Klaus is a member of the Financial Planning Institute of South Africa. After acquiring his B.Com, he commenced his insurance career in 1986, quite accidentally, through soon to be colleague employed at Sanlam.

He has always adopted a long term approach with his customers, even from the beginning of his journey. As a result, his emphasis has always been focused on doing the right thing, with the best interest of his customers as the most important factor.

Furthermore he enjoys forging strong relationships, in fact friendships, with all of his customers. His commercial and financially orientated personality has allowed him to impart his knowledge and passion to assist his customers. These traits have led to CAS being awarded the business of national, listed companies together with many other leading companies in South Africa.

Caroline joined Corporate Advisory Services in 2004, having previously worked outside the industry. Since that time, she has built up a wealth of knowledge and experience, ensuring that she understands the products on offer in the industry, but importantly how they adhere to the spirit of the regulations as set out by the Council for Medical Schemes.

It is important to her that members are treated fairly by the industry and that members understand their products and obtain the best value from them. She believes in member education and is willing to spend time with her customers to impart her knowledge. The human touch is important to Caroline and each member is treated with care and empathy.

Shireen is an administrator with over 17 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. She joined CAS in 1997 and holds a B.Com degree and Certificate of Proficiency in Healthcare. An analytical thinker, Shireen is determined and motivated to achieving her goals. She is confident and effective in dealing with clients with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Vimla has 17 years of administration experience. Her primary role at CAS is to support Glynnis and to ensure an exceptional standard of service is provided at all times. She believes in dedication to her work and ensures all members are delivered the same outstanding quality of service

She is passionate about her work and enjoys problem solving and data capturing.

Lynn has 5 years of administration and secretarial experience, she works hard und er Klaus' guidance to improve her knowledge of financial services in order to expand her personal skill set. She is dedicated to her work and executes all her administrative tasks to the highest standards

She is vibrant, friendly, and plays a vital role in welcoming guest positively and making them feel at home in the CAS offices.

Bongi is a talented young woman who provides office support. She has 8 years of experience in her field. Bongi has recently shown great promise in developing her understanding of the financial industry.

She has expanded the company's ability to communicate with it's clients by facilitating Employee Benefits & Medical Aid presentations in Zulu, this development has been welcomed and encouraged by all at CAS.
